In the process of rock wool fiber forming, through the precisely controlled high-temperature melting technology, the selected natural mineral raw materials such as basalt are instantly converted into a uniform and delicate fiber flow in the furnace. Subsequently, advanced centrifugal fiber forming technology is used to make the fibers evenly dispersed and form rock wool fibers with a specific diameter and length distribution under the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation. This precisely controlled fiber forming process not only ensures the uniformity and stability of the fiber structure of rock wool products, but also lays a solid foundation for its excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound absorption and other properties.
